At least if you would redirect just the recipient because if you would redirect my mail from GMX to another address then I can assure you to run into SPF problems since GMX uses SPF and on my own domain you would run into problems if you would redirect my mail since I use mandatory DKIM signing for every outgoing mail and I sign the sender header. I don't say that everywhere you would have issues but as soon as you would redirect outside of your control (aka from [email protected] to [email protected] (just made that up.
