As a follow-up, I originally installed dspam using apt-get. Then, I
installed later versions either by by downloading or using git and
building from source. Originally, using apt-get, the dspam was
deployed to /usr directory. When building from source, it was
deployed to /usr/local. I, obviously, patched up a lot in the
process.
