are you sure this is all the options you need?  To use mysql as the 
storage backend you need --with-storage-driver=mysql_drv

here is an example of what i've been running with (suitable for my 
purposes - this is on a test machine)

--with-storage-driver=mysql_drv
--enable-preferences-extension
--enable-syslog
--enable-debug
--enable-long-usernames
--enable-virtual-users
--enable-clamav
--enable-domain-scale
--enable-daemon

I'd highly recommend using an installation package if you can and run 
with the defaults suggested in the dspam.conf file, with the exception 
of checking that training mode is TOE and you use OSB for tokenizer
