we use quota tracking into policyd v2 in order to limit email flow
from IP adresses and/or enveloppe sender.
This help to limit hammering and other abuse.
We use also tracking system to centralize in real time the exact
number of email passing through our platforms.

Removing SA is not an option for me, heuristics tests are very helpful
IMHO.
Of course SA is really time consuming, but for now our platforms are
ok with our traffic.
