I know that I can't compare since I use different mechenism when delivering. In the old days I used from time to time to have issues with delivery when using FILTER or strange Postfix configuration options. But that's long, long time ago. I don't remember to have had an issue deliverying from and to DSPAM in the last 5 years. My setup is however more complex then yours. I have my own cleanup (and pre-cleanup) services in Postfix and many other things that you don't have.
