Ok, i think i found where the problem is.
The error is generated by the LMTP server *after* dspam. When dspam
tries to deliver it acting as a lmtp client, it gets that error.
I tried to remove dspam from the chain (so now postfix ==LMTP==> dbmail)
and the error still exists.

Feb 17 03:08:08 principal postfix/lmtp[2492]: send attr reason = lost
connection with 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] while sending end of data --
message may be sent more than once

So this issue is not related to dspam.
I was convinced the error was generated between postfix and dspam.
