How _should_ I be creating this file?

I don't know how you have created the file but it is wrong. Anyway... I
think we are not getting any further that way. I need to reproduce that
here on my end. I mean the error. I was under the impression that it is
fixed with the latest GIT changes but it looks like that it is not.
