Finally I solved it my way. I setup the main server A to server as an MX for the mail services on server B, and routed using transport the domains and email addresses to with destination for server B.
This way main server A dspam filter serves me for the second server. Though I can't use now server B as an MX, but that wasn't an issue for us. Thanks a lot for help.
