From all the 633K messages you processed you only had 70 falsely
classified as Spam while you had 5629 falsely classified as Ham.
This tells me that your Ham corpus is not very diverse.
That is correct, as I had mentioned, I did not have a lot of HAM to
train with.
At least you have around 33K Ham messages. This is not that bad.
I will build it up over time.
Maybe you get even more if you use the mails from the send folder of all
the users.
Suprisingly, the first day went well.
You mean the first day using the merged group from above? I told you
that this approach will work. Tell me more. How long did it took you to
train with that many messages? How long was the downtime? Was the
production downtime as low as I told you?
I ask because it would be good if your experience in switching from TEFT
to TOE and using a merged group and that additional training and
deleting your whole user data, etc.... could motivate others in
following your example.
Anyway... the SHR, HSR, PPV or OCA is not important for that group.
Of course. My point was merely that at least it was not behaving like
it was.
Which was to be expected. TEFT is an evil relict from the past.
So, looking up from what I had obviously!
Did you enable the group support for all the users and deleted
their old tokens and statistics?
Yes. I had an initial couple of emails that came in as FP, but, none
in the next 25-50 emails.
This is good! It makes me happy that we where able to motivate you to
switch to TOE and to ditch the old data.
