In reality users don't care much about the X-DSPAM headers as long as they can use drag and drop to reclassify the mail. For them this is all done transparently with the anti-spam plugin. However! In the Spam/Ham buttons I have done for Lotus Notes, I do change the X-DSPAM-Result after the retraining. I have never heard of any one in the last 4 to 5 years since I have written the plugin to check the result field. They just drag and drop mail around and never look at the X-DSPAM-Result header. That header does not interest them. But another issue does: The subject prefixing. When they move from the Spam/Junk folder to their Inbox then they really like the [SPAM] tag to go away. They don't care so much for a [SPAM] label when they move from Inbox to Spam/Junk.
