Are you the one running the mailing list, or are you just on the
receiving end? For the latter, there's no difference between 'regular'
mail and mailing list stuff.

If you run the mailing list your self: pass incoming mail to dspam, then
to you mailing list software. Most mailing list software should be able
to hold incoming mail (i.e. put it in the admin moderation queue) on
specific headers, so configure your software to use the X-DSPAM-Result
header.

If the above does not help you: please explain more on your actual
problem :)
