Mark. If you would implement such a functionality into DSPAM then you would not 
have big benefit since the implementation would only test that DSPAM would flag 
the GTube string as spam but would not in any way show that DSPAM is working 
properly. The reason for that is that DSPAM uses statistical data to make it 
decisions and you hacking the DSPAM code to output SPAM in case of the GTube 
string is 100% working around the internal working path of DSPAM. So I don't 
see a big benefit of implementing such a functionality into DSPAM.

Can you explain what the goal or reason is you want DSPAM to act positive to a 
GTube string?
