Anyway, I don't want the users to notice any change. All their spam should still land in their own spam boxes. It's just they should help each other in identifying spam. An inoculation group would do some of it, but I think it's not enough with already trained users. Would a shared group apply better to my situation?
I use a shared group for my production site site and mostly it works very well. The only disadvantage is that all users have to have the same idea about what spam is - which isn't always the case.
