Yes they can train DSPAM by forwarding their mail to the system wide spam/ham 
alias. Since the pristine mail is not any more available to DSPAM the users 
using that forward method do loose some accuracy. I can not tell you how big 
the loss is but mathematically it is there.
You how ever as the operator of the system must assure that the spam/ham alias 
is not abused. Allowing every one out there on the internet to use your 
spam/ham alias is dangerous.
