I keep getting the following error message while trying to read a new ID-RP2C with the software:
Communication Failed. Check connection, settings. Invaild data was returned. I am unable to get into the unit to do the set-up. I have checked and re-checked IP configurations and cable hookups. Everything is set up right and the computers I have tried all say that the network conection is good. This is a new unit so the password should be the default one PASSWORD. I have tried 3 differnt computers, several cables, and I am about to throw the thing out the window! Any other things I can try?
