 I downloaded it and unzipped it on my desktop. I tried the DVTools icon and, 
it sees the 
dongle but when I open it I get an error, "cannot find ascpserialdimac". I 
checked the 
folder and that file is there but it has "ascpseriald.mac". Not sure if this 
makes a 
difference. Works ok with parallels but I just want to use it in mac. Wait!!!! 
I tried it again 
your way and it works WOOHOOO
