DOK means district-local association experts and is the local name of
the DARC. Such a district-expert local association consists of a
letter and a two-digit numbers together. The letter gives the
district to the number of the local association.

An example is the DOK P11:
P means the district of Baden-Wuerttemberg and 11 is the number of
the local association of Stuttgart.
