[DSTAR_DIGITAL] D-term

Hi Gang.
I was wandering if someone else had the same problem with d-term.
I installed the update on my computer and it give me a error code of 
1702.
Also this is what came up at the end:
WTSEnumerator process/sdk error code in the msdn see documentation for 
more information.
Any ideas.
