If we're gathering data, mine failed the test. #2026xx purchased last October.
I have seen the blank screen before but I always assumed I subconsciously turned it off as I entered the shack. I never knew what caused it till now. Now I know what was causing it. Of course maybe I should get a field strength meter into my shack, there must be some hellish RF in there somewhere... I'll be sending mine back to Icom sometime before my year is up, not sure just when as it's a fairly minor problem for me.
