Instead of just assuming that they've been blacklisted, maybe something has 
happened with some of the repeaters in Germany that has caused some issues with 
the databases. From what I've heard, they are switching their gateways back and 
forth between trust servers, maybe the records are getting messed up.

So how can someone who was never on D-STAR get blacklisted. If they've never 
been on D-STAR, then I think that there problem would be more akin to them not 
being registered.

yes my Buddy  from Germany  DM5LW is blacklisted.
So far I know,hw did nothing wrong!
He is a 70+ year old Ham,with very good maneers.
But there is 160 more hams from Germany blacklisted also.
Some of them,never was on Dstar!
All off them ask Why?
