It is generally available in central Snohomish county, do you have an external antenna on your 91AD?

WA7DAD has worked it from his back yard in Federal Way, using an IC-92 (probably about 40 miles) at reduced power on the rubber duck, but going up I-5 you may want a better antenna. Just keep trying :)
