I just checked and I had a slight error in the freq.  And "slight errors" are 
significant.  I have it corrected now and will try again tonight.

I live on the south end of Kent East hill (500 ft elevation). I'm going to see 
if I can reach it from my house when I get home.  I'll also give it a shot from 
downtown Seattle today.
