Protected by what? Dstar is half the bandwidth that 15Khz channel uses.
 
Please explain more, I am curious, And you can off list that if you so
choose.
 
The only interference would be THEM, not D-Star transmissions...

In the Cleveland, Ohio area, 145.665 is used by the NASA ARC for
rebroadcasting the shuttle and NASA TV.  It is a "protected" frequency.
That eliminates 145.67 for us.

those who read this group that 145.67 will be the D-STAR Fx of choice for
