Thanks Luke and others. I received a response from Dave. He's in the process of adding my registration info. He had a problem trying to understand how I was going to use my radio from my location to access his repeater. Then I told him I was going to use the DV-AP access point with the IC92AD. Radio. I could then see the light bulb flash on over his head.
Thanks for the map info. Yes I had looked at them before. if you look at the maps. You will see there is no DSTAR in central pa. When I read about the DV-AP months ago. I was waiting for them to hit HRO and was so happy to see them come to life. I've been waiting to try DSTAR portable for a couple of years now. This is kind of strange. No DStar in my area. Being a school area. ie; Bloomsburg State. Thanks for your reply. 73 Ron --- In [email protected], "Luke" <rustedso...@...> wrote: > > Hi Ron, > > Welcome to d-star! > > The registration process can take a couple of minutes, or a couple of days. > Be patient.
