I believe he said he was using a dongle and he may very well have been linked to the Cle repeater which was linked to REF001C. Another JA station was on this morning and talked with a station in OKC. They had no problems and I am certain there was no callsign routing or anything like that.

BUT...all that said, I am new to D-STAR and all these permutations are very confusing. It's the ole Beta vs VHS thing all over again.
