However, while we're working on getting that to work, we should also answer the following questions: 1. Are we just creating another list or moving dubailug mailing list? 2. Are we going to setup a domain, email, jabber server there? If yes, let's start planning for that. 3. How do we transition? Take permission on this list and migrate users? Just drop in a suscription mail to this list? 4. Does the yahoo group continue as a moderated mailing list channel once that gets up? Let's just get everyone's thoughts and sentiments about this and then actually decide on the course and implement. This is basically coming from the fact that if we collectively decide to really do this...it's really just going to be a matter of a few days of really getting everyone over. Also, let's try to list down why should we even do this? After all current method works well... 1. Better moderator management? 2. More structure to dubai lug in terms of a domain, announcements, etc? 3.
