Figured these methods dan. But I should have also put in these 2 as contraints too:
1. While there is a layer 3 switch here don't have access to it to create a VLAN.
2. Don't have a cross over cable.

A few options for you Akshay, Why don't you try running a crossover
cable between the DHCP Server and the box you want to boot. YOU also
try putting the server and the other box into their own VLAN. Either
way would resolve your problem.
