Nope It was the Xen the shipped with openSuSE so it was 2.x, I had
SuSE 9.3 running in the VM.

Let me download and implement Xen 3.0 on my openSuSE box and see what
I can do about getting windows XP up and running on it. Once I have
XP running I shall email you an install with screen shot document,
which I shall most probably post in the LUGs documents section.
