Right we needs lots of info....
Does the 'D' Drive still exist ? and is empty or is there no longer a
'D' Drive. If there is a 'D' Drive then does it still show the
correct size, i.e. 20gb ? or was that the partition that you reduced
to install the mepis ? Can you check var/log and see if there were any
errors during install. It is possible that QTparted messed up during
the partitioning, corrupted your FAT or NTFS partition table forcing
windows to display no data? Was 'D' fat or NTFS ?
