You can use rsync to maintain static files across 2
servers - thisshould work fine with your web content.
The problem you have ismysql. You can safely ship the
database files if the service has beenstopped. You
don't want to replicate these files while mysql
isrunning.
I guess this site will be a 24x7 job, making it more
difficult tobackup the database. You may write a
short script that downs thedatabase, copies the
database files to another location on the
localmachine, start the database, then use rsync on
the file copies....
