I note that your route table entry for 192.168.0.10 has a netmask of 255.255.255.255 .
Just for shits and giggle.. try
route add 192.168.0.1 ppp0
and try it again..

It seems odd that you can ping 192.168.0.1, but you never know..

I would have thought your ppp0 route entry should also have
route add -net 192.168.0.0/24 ppp0, but it does not appear to.
Been years since I've played with pppd.. try that above host entry and let us know how it goes
