[dubailug] Kontact (Kmail) / Evolution imap download

Hi All,

When using IMAP in MozillaMail, a user has the ability to select folders
                       for offline use.  Sometimes (rightly or wrongly)
 this is called 'synchronous imap' as the mail on the local repository
is synchronised with the server.

Can Kontact (Kmail) do the same?  How about Evolution?

Feel free to recommend your favourite mail client.
