Unknown, I have not lived in the United Arab Emirates for over 2 years, and
since going to work for an information security company I have pretty
dropped almost everything communications related.  Info. Sec. demands a
massive amount of my time - pod casts, white papers, info sec. blogs /
mailing lists and SANS. I probably spend 8 to  10 hours a week alone on
keeping up with what is transpiring in the security landscape, and what I
need to be on the look out for.

Google results seems to stagnate post  2007, which does not sound promising.
