A bit of a guess on my part, but if your system works when using "PC" but cannot contact MySB.com, then perhaps you've entered the wrong IP address for the "Default Gateway" in your setup. I'm not sure if the Logitech setup uses the term "Default Gateway". It usually needs to be set to the IP address of your router, which typically is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
If you get this wrong, then everything which depends only on your local network works, other devices on your network can access sites outside your network, but the devices with incorrect "Default Gateway" are isolated from the internet. To test your network and router, open a cmd prompt on your PC and enter the command "ping mysb.com" (without the quotes).
