Yes, if you Reset player you must completely set it up again.  I
wouldn't do that.  ;)

Most likely an issue with your network or related settings.  Try turning
LMS, unplug Receiver, unplug router.  Now plug router back in followed
by Receiver.  Leave LMS off.  Now does it connect to MySB.com?
