I was reading this thread since I have problems with Tidal since a couple of days on my Squeezeboxes.
- I am not able to play Tidal anymore, either no sound or even not a playing time running. - Have multiple SB's, same issue, restarting SB or LMS did not solve the problem. With respect to FLAC vs MP3 ... quite some time ago I already noticed that not all albums of Tidal are streamed in FLAC. Some of them f.i.
