Dear DuMuxes, 
I used to use MPNC code to simulate two phase four component system. 
Now I want to modify 2p2c by adding two more components. 
I have done blow steps: 
1- Fluidsystem for four components and two phases 
2- Modifying NumEq, NumComponents 
3-Initial and boundary condition for new components assigned to primary 
variables 
4-Modifiying LocalResidual calculation for new components, i.e: eqIdx= ... 

5-Modifying Model class switch criteria w.r.t. mole fraction of new components 
6-Modifying FluxVariables to compute mole/mass fraction gradient for the new 
components. 
7-Modifying VolumeVariables->completeFluidState for the case of bothPhases 
presence to use Miscible2pNcComposition instead of 
MiscibleMultiphaseCompostion. 


After all I get the error message: 'ILU failed to invert matrix block... matrix 
M is singular' 


Just wanted to ask you what are the possible causes of this error message?
