Hi Mojdeh,
the error message indicates a wrong matrix assembly, as your matrix is
probably singular. Try to output and analyze the matrix for a small test
case like 4x4 grid or a one-dimensional case. Maybe you can indicate the
wrong line in the matrix giving you a hint where to have a closer look.
Additionally you can run your problem with Valgrind which performs
additional checks.
