Dear DuMux developers,
I am a Bachelor student at ETH Zürich using the DuMux software to simulate
blood flow in a 1-D capillary network. My actual goal is to link the tracer
model to my blood flow model (which is the 1p_1p model).
I managed to copy-paste the tracer test problem code into the
bloodflowproblem.hh file and to compile and run it without any errors. For now
I didn't change anything in the tracer test problem code, as I am struggling to:
1) Link the tracer to my blood-fluid (I think this has to be done by
replacing the fluxes/velocities of the tracer test problem in the
spatialparameters file with the velocities/fluxes of my fluid)
2) Generate output from the tracer code when running the whole code (I
can only get output from the tracer code when running the tracer test case
separately, but not when the code is integrated in my bloodflow problem).
Could you give me some hints on how to integrate a tracer in a new problem file
in general to reach my goal ?
I would be very grateful if you could take the time to give me a little help.
