Hi Berk,

the tracer model uses fluxes as input to compute the advective transport term. These fluxes can come from another simulation. See test/porousmediumflow/tracer/1ptracer for a simulation

where first we solve a one-fluid-phase model compute the fluxes and pass them to a tracer model to compute the transport of a chemical species.

For your model you will need two flow problems (1p) (tissue and vessels) and two transport problems (tracer) (tissue and vessels) and solve these two coupled problems after each other in the main file (just like in the 1ptracer test).

Best wishes

Timo
