I am already using the present git master which to my understanding corresponds to Dumux 3.3 git, anyhow Eclipse seems to be - to use a German word - "überfordert", i.e. overstrained. There are no additional files you could include. With Eclipse, I see no way to achieve more. Clangd could be useful, but as far as I know it is not supported in Eclipse's CDT.
