when opening the duo case be certain not to pull upwards on the right-hand
palm-rest. It slides forward. Also, for the same reason, do not tilt the
palm rest piece upwards too much. Doing either can break the plastic tabs on
the lower portion of the case.
Other than that, I would recommend booting off of a CD or Disk Tools disk
and running Silverlining (if you own a copy) or Drive Setup. Shouldn't be
different from any other drive. There is only one cable for power and data,
there are not separate cables
