Just wondering if anyone has done this successfully... I have a 2400c with G3 upgrade. It is wired to the ethernet via a Global Village combo card. I also have a Lucent Wavelan card that I would like to use as a wireless interface. My ultimate goal would be to use the above setup and make my trusty old 2400c into an Airport software basestation with the Airport 1.2 software from Apple. It sounds like this should be possible and it would save me $300 from having to buy the Airport basestation to support two other powerbooks wirelessly. Does anyone see any problem with the above setup? The problem is that I haven't gotten it to work yet. The Global Village card and the Lucent wireless card work perfectly by themselves. But when I try to use them together for the above described setup (Lucent card on top, GV card on bottom slot), the 2400c only recognizes one card or the other. ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
