One thing you may want to remember is if you are sending files to PC users, save them from themselves by naming YOUR files in a format they can understand: 8.3 that means, word documents should be named "document.doc" and not just "document". There can be a lot of other hazards for the hapless PC user: depending on which OS they are using, the file name extension can be lopped off, giving you fits, too. Or, they may have an older version of Word on their machine, and you may have to save your files as older versions for layout compatibility.... so, be patient with your compatriots.
