Depends on the OS Rev. Since 8.5.1 or so the OS will reinitialize the
ADB upon wake from sleep (which is why there is that annoying pause
now when it wakes.)
I am not positive of the exact OS rev, but I do know that swapping
ADB devices during sleep is OK with 8.6.
