Hi: If the Duo won't latch, then you may have a bad power supply, a very common
problem with the Duo Dock. Take the Dock, plug it in and listen to it. If there is
a ticking sound, you have a bad power supply. The first thing to try is to plug it
in for an hour, then try again. If the duo did not latch in, and then after an hour
it does, you still have a bad power supply, but nothing else is wrong. The power
supply can be fixed, I have 3 docks and have had to fix the power supply in each one.
I can give you references on how to fix the power supply (not for the faint of
heart), or I can do it for you (for $$). There are power supplies out there for
sale, in the $35 to $70 range. E mail me back with how you are doing. When you get
your dock going, you will be happy with what it does for you. It is really nice to
have, when it works.
