Is it sleeping?
Does the dock motor turn on and pull it in, only to spit it out when you
hit the power key?
If so, you have to shut the duo down before docking it.
Otherwise, maybe the dock isn't getting power or has some other problem.
You should hear the motor of the latch turn on and pull the duo into the
dock the last 1/2" or so.
