I use PayPal all the time. IF you goto any dorm right
now, you will see many students using PayPal. To find
out how it works, go to the web site. www.paypal.com
or www.x.com, might as well get the information from
the horses mouth.
It seems to work really smoothly. I'm surprised more
businesses don't use it.
