Loretta, I had this exact same problem last time my 2400 came back from DT&T. They told me to reinstall the drivers from the CD. Turns out all that happened was that I needed to start with the extensions off (holding down the Shift key? while restarting) then go into your extensions control panel and turn on the draglib extension (or control panel-i forget which) in your regular extention set) then restart. This worked for me. Hope this helps.
