Some errors in my original post were brought to my attention by a member of the list. I would like to fix them here. First of all, I still had the exact same problem. DT&T told me that I needed to load the system CD and reinstall the system Drivers??? I forget exactly what they told me to update, but regardless it didn't work, and so I don't feel it necessary to hunt down the exact advice. What did work was the following. I started with extensions off, apparently you can just start up as normal, but hold down the space bar, this will bring up the extensions manager control panel, which is where you need to be. In this control panel, go down to the "DragLib" Extension and turn it on. then restart, that solved the problem for me. Hope this helps.
